ORDERS

HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible (at least 48 hours) as we do sell out! That being said, give us a call. We can sometimes accommodate last minute orders.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

All boards are made to order and require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery/pick-up can not be refunded or credited. For larger events and custom orders, cancellations require a minimum 10 day notice of cancelation in order to receive a partial refund. Please note, initial deposits are non-refundable.

WHY IS THERE A SERVICE CHARGE ON MY ORDER?

This is applied to all custom events, workshops and orders and covers service related to the booking, sourcing, and execution of your event. This includes (but is not limited to) administrative, processing, customization, and COVID related costs.

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver within a 25 mile radius of our shop in Mar Vista, CA. We are happy to get a courier quote for you for anything outside of this zone. Delivery rates will be populated at checkout.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver Tuesday - Saturday between 11am and 5pm. Your delivery window will be confirmed 24 hours prior to your event. Please note at this time we cannot guarantee delivery times. If this is an issue, you are more than welcome to pick-up your boards from our shop.

I’M SENDING A GIFT, WHAT DO I NEED TO TELL THE RECIPIENT?

Someone from our team will notify the receiver the morning of delivery to confirm his/her delivery window. Please provide the recipients contact information at check out. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt.  

PICK-UP/SHOP

HOW DO I PICK UP?

Pick up is available at our shop in Santa Monica Tuesday - Saturday 11am to 7pm. An option to select your pickup date and time will appear at checkout.

I FORGOT TO PICK UP MY ORDER

Due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to accommodate refunds or remakes of any orders if your pick-up was not met.

SHIPPING

WHY CAN’T YOU SHIP WINE TO MY STATE

We currently ONLY ship wine to California CA, Arizona AZ, Nevada NV, New Mexico NM, Oregon OR, Washington WA, Idaho ID. All wine orders require an adult signature at delivery.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

We ship Tuesday - Thursday. Any order received after 8am PT on Thursday will ship the following week. The date you select at checkout is the date we will SHIP your order.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE CRACKERS?

At this time we offer a limited supply of gluten free crackers for purchase in our retail shop. If you need gluten free crackers for your event, please contact us.

DO YOU HAVE VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes! Our Farmer’s Market Fruit Boards, Farmer’s Market Crudités Boards, and Vegan Cheese Boards are all 100% Vegan.

DOES A WOODEN BOARD COME WITH MY ORDER?

Yes! Boards are yours to keep but are intended for single use.

CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY BOARD?

We try our best to accommodate any special requests in regards to the items on your boards. That being said, given the seasonality of the produce and products we use, we are not always able to guarantee modifications.

CAN I PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR AN EVENT TOMORROW?

You can absolutely put your board(s) in the fridge to enjoy the next day! If you know you are going to do this in advance, let us know and we will build your board(s) a little differently and wrap it up tight. 

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. CAN YOU MAKE SURE MY BOARD DOES NOT HAVE CERTAIN THINGS?

Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate for allergies but, please note, we are NOT a nut-free kitchen and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please specify ANY allergies at the time of order.
